Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well. I wanted to share with you a guest post that I was asked to do for Kindra from At Home With K. This is the 2nd annual Be Mine Bonanza. Such a fun event, so much inspiration & creativity! Be sure & check out all the great previous posts from this week so far!
My daughter Emily & I created some Valentine glass pendant necklaces. We always have so much fun crafting together. You can check out our tutorial HERE. It really is an easy peasy project and they make great gifts for friends & family! ♥
This is an especially special project for me. Our daughter Emily had corrective jaw surgery on December 22nd. Her lower jaw did not grow at the same rate as her upper jaw. She was having a lot of jaw popping & pain, as well as her bite being significantly off. It needed to be done to save her more serious issues in the future. She has recovered so well & the fact that she felt fabulous enough to craft makes me so happy! What a blessing to have her back to her normal, happy, creative self again!
I have been working on some Winter &Valentine salt dough. That has kept me very busy lately. That and an on-going sinus infection that just won’t go away. This has been my worst one yet. Don’t my sinuses know that I don’t have time to be sick!??
I hope you all have a wonderful day. Another sunny one here. We have hardly had a winter at all. Most people are happy about that, not me. I miss the coziness of winter, the occasional snow day from school, hot chocolate, snowman building, sledding etc. We have had none of that. *sad face*
Before I go, I would like to invite those of you who “pin” to FOLLOW ME on Pinterest! I am having a blast with it! So many beautiful photos, ideas, tips & tricks. Over 11,000 pins and counting. Come check out my boards! Hope to see you there!
Until next time, take care.
